Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will be happy to offer a replacement or store credit, depending on availability.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Used or burned candles

  • Wax melts

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Custom or personalized orders

Refunds

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
